This was around 7 days into a road trip and was the first hotel that provided much needed laundry services. It also had an outside swimming pool. Breakfast was included and the rooms clean, comfortable and provided tea/coffee, refrigerator, towels and toiletries. However, the most important part of hospitality is first impressions. The front desk needs to provide that first impression. The receptionist was friendly, warm and welcoming. I had an issue with the door card and a couple of other issues, all dealt with quickly, politely and professionally. Most impressive.

The staff were helpful, I needed a toilet plunger and they brought it half way to the room so I didn't have to walk the long way to the office.

The location is great. It has a nice pool area. The bed was very comfortable

Hotel is centrally located. Our stay was amazing. The staff was awesome. We loved the pool, decent breakfast. They’re pet friendly, which is great and the pet fee isn’t bad in price. We will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay and my birthday vacation relaxing.

I have stayed at this property several times over the years, I have always enjoyed the Days Inn in Havasu. The staff has always been great. Sadie is terrific, a hard worker and took great care of us. The rooms have been refurbished, new furniture, paint and fixtures...all is very good. I will definitely stay at the Days Inn in Havasu again.

Price was right. I liked the large counter and sink outside of bathroom. Connecting room door let in noisy neighbors that we could hear all day and night.

The price was VERY good for the location. It was close to everything: dining, shopping, the London Bridge, Lake Havasu, etc. Great place to stay for a day or two layover between cities.
